NEW EUROPEAN ACQUISITION
We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of Baltra Petroleum (BPe). The acquisition represents an excellent opportunity for the Group to develop its business in Europe and to access downstream markets in a new and important territory.
ISO 45001:2018
The Group announces its certification to the new Occupational Health and Safety Management System Standard, ISO 45001:2018. As this new standard was only published on 15 March 2018, this is considered an outstanding achievement.
This adds to our current ISO 14001:2015 certification for environmental management.
